Bassist wanted for riff-based doom project

Guitarist/composer (45, speaks EN/DE) looking for a bassist (or a guitarist happy to play bass) to explore original riff-based material.

I previously worked in a trio project and would like to rebuild the core again, starting with relaxed guitar and bass sessions where we can develop arrangements and ideas together before bringing in drums.

The music sits somewhere between Black Sabbath and Immortal, with a touch of John Carpenter. Instrumental, doom-ish, riff-driven, with space for atmosphere. I already have over 20 minutes of songs and demos to work from, but the goal is to shape the music together.

The idea is to build something without rush, but with a clear direction: develop the material, record and eventually play live (small venues, nothing overly ambitious).
