Starting a fun post-punk, art-punk, countrygaze, anti-folk thing

Hey I'm an amateurish guitarist, singer who enjoys writing songs. Looking for collaborators to bring something new to live. My ideal is to quickly bang out songs that we don't really have to labor over but still consider a labor of love. I'm very happy with 4/4 and 3 Chords but can't stand corny lyrics (happy with silly nonsense though).

I like to talk about band names a lot, but I also kinda feel like this is the perfect one.
Don't want to get into a gigantic list of references here but wire, the unicorns, the microphones, mj landerman, bonnie prince billy and the pixies are some artists I'd consider influential for me.
