Bassist sucht Band/bassist looking for band [Shoegaze/Blackgaze/Doom/etc.]

Hallo zusammen. Ich bin ein Bassist (34) auf der Suche nach einer Band. Ich mag unterschiedliche atmosphärische Bands sehr und würde gerne in einer Band spielen, die in die Richtung von Alcest, Deafheaven, Slowdive, Hum, My Bloody Valentine, Deftones, etc. geht. Ich mag auch doomiges Zeug wie Windhand, Cathedral oder Type O Negative sehr gerne.
Ich habe eigenes Equipment und habe das Budget, um es zu erweitern.
Im Prinzip bin ich ein Profimusiker — nur halt nicht am Bass :), den habe ich erst im Lockdown für mich entdeckt (ich habe klassisches Schlagzeug studiert, aber da bin ich schon versorgt). Daher suche ich nicht nach Virtuosen, weil ich selbst keiner bin; für mich sind Enthusiasmus beim Songwriting und für Konzerte und Aufnahmen viel wichtiger. Ernsthafte Hobbymusiker :). Ich kann allerdings einiges Wissen bezüglich Arrangements beisteuern, und wenn es sein muss klaren Background-Gesang und etwas Aufnahmetechnik machen.
Ich spiele oft und gut auf Klick, will das aber auf keinen Fall auf der Bühne machen. Nicht mein Ding :).

Hi everyone. Bassist (34) looking for a band. I’m into all kinds of atmospheric stuff and would love to play something that goes in the direction of Alcest, Deafheaven, Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, Hum, Deftones. I also like doomy stuff like Windhand, Cathedral or Type O Negative a lot.
I’ve got equipment of my own and also some budget to expand it.
I am technically a professional musician — but not on bass :) , I only picked that instrument up during lockdown (I’m a percussionist by training, but I'm already sorted out there). So I am not looking for virtuosos because I’m not one either; what would be much more important for me is enthusiasm for songwriting and for eventually playing live and recording. Dedicated hobbyists :). I can however also contribute some knowledge regarding arranging music, and can do clean backup vocals and some recording in a pinch.
I often play to a click and can do so quite proficiently, but don’t want to do it on stage. Not my thing :).
