band looking for a bassist/second guitar player

hey guys,
we (Simon 30, Moritz 28, Nick 30) just founded this band 2 weeks ago and had one really fun sessions at noisy rooms so far. As you can see we are just trying to build something up from the start what can go anywhere but for now nothing too serious.
For now we are focusing on playing covers (pearl jam, anti-flag, franz ferdinand..) but im sure there is gonna be a time for bringing our own stuff to the table.
Who we are: we all have experience playing livemusic and small to midrange stages from time to time. Nevertheless our skill level regarding our instruments i would describe is intermediate.
We are looking for a bass guitar/second guitar player who likes to bring some old jams back to life and not forgetting about having fun playing non-professional music.
What we look for: time to rehearse once a week (at least every two weeks), being responsible, gender of course doesnt matter, english or german doesnt matter and little bit of experience rehearsing from time to time and playing livemusic would be great.
